  1. I’ve come back to this image a few times so far. I love shots like this, and this one has certainly grabbed me. I’m also curious what it would look like with the shadows and blacks cranked up a bit. You’d retain that clearly demarcated division and might just have some replicated darker zones in the upper and lower register that’d be pretty cool to see. Of course, it might change the mood of the whole thing in a way you don’t want. And then there’s the whole just “come as you are” principle that I sometime adhere to and sometimes like to throw out the window. What do you think? I’m betting you toy with idea this a lot yourself, and am curious what you think about these things.
